This is a very special commission in 2021A lady contacted me to explain that her husband owned one of my silver Galaxy Necklaces and it was a treasured piece of jewellery to him and he wore it all the time.
Very sadly, she told me he died recently.
As a keepsake she asked me if I could create a new version for her that contained some of his cremation ash.
We passed various ideas back and forwards and ended up with my idea to create a version with the cremation ash embedded into the grooves of the pendant in clear resin.

it is projects like this that make my job feel truly special and gives me the privilege of creating something that will REALLY be treasured for many years and have the resonance that a standard shop bought piece of jewellery will never have.
