  • Description

A fascinating and highly educational piece, this is a bag of genuine fossil shark teeth from Morocco, offering a real glimpse into prehistoric marine life.

These teeth have been collected from Morocco, one of the most famous fossil-producing regions in the world. The phosphate deposits in this area are incredibly rich in marine fossils, particularly shark teeth from the Paleogene period (around 50–60 million years ago).

Each bag contains a mix of real fossil shark teeth, with many complete specimens and only a small number of broken pieces. Compared to typical bulk fossil bags, this stock is notably higher quality, with a better proportion of larger and more intact teeth.

You will receive a minimum of 20 grams of teeth, giving a good variety of shapes, sizes and species. These may include classic Sand Tiger–type teeth, along with occasional more unusual finds such as Enchodus fish teeth or ray mouth plates.

Each bag is completely different, making it a fun and engaging piece to explore — perfect for sorting, identifying and building a small fossil collection.

This is an ideal item for:

  • Beginners starting a fossil collection
  • Children and educational use
  • Jewellery makers looking for raw material
  • Collectors who enjoy sorting and identifying specimens

A simple but highly enjoyable way to own a piece of prehistoric natural history.
