This is a superb and LARGE whole Anmmonite
These are not a rare or detailed Ammonite, and before you mention it YES
The centre of the Ammonite has had some preparation work to sharpen up the whorls, but the Ammonite itself is TOTALLY genuine.
Measures 10cm at its widest point
These are often used as garden ornaments or built into a wall.
