This is a simple and stylish new piece of jewellery - created with a dome carefully hammered into shape from a hand cut piece of sheet silver.
This has then been soldered onto a larger silver loop.
Please note that this is quite an experimental piece of jewellery and the finish on the domes and enamelling is not technically PERFECT.
I created it quite spontaneously and wanted this spontaneity to carry into the finished piece.
I have enamelled the finished dome with orange glass enamel.
The necklace is strung from an 18 inch sterling silver chain and would look great on any neck - man or lady
Boxed and labelled in a lovely padded velvet lined gift box and would make a simple but lovely little gift!
Each piece is individually made by Ian Barrett in his workshop using skills honed over more than ten years of silversmithing.
