Fordite Jewellery
I am the only UK jeweller making a full range of Fordite jewellery.
This is the rarest and most unusual jewellery material you can buy, and is a VERY finite resource.
It was created in the paint shops at Ford car factories. Layer upon layer of paint built up on the walls and floors of the paintshops.Someone had the bright idea of slicing a piece and looking at what was inside.
And lo -- FORDITE was born!
When current supplies are exhausted it really will be the end of Fordite jewellery making. This will of course make the value of existing jewellery shoot through the roof!
